What we were up against
A creative agency needed to generate 500+ design concepts per campaign for client presentations. Designers were spending 3 weeks on concepts that clients would often reject in the first round. They needed an AI system that could generate on-brand designs at scale.
What we built
We built an AI-powered design generation platform with a multi-model pipeline (GPT-4o for concept briefs, DALL-E 3 for generation), a brand constraint engine that ensures outputs match client brand guidelines, and an iterative refinement workflow where designers can guide the AI.
How we did it
Week 1-2: Built the brand constraint engine and prompt template system.
Week 3-4: Integrated DALL-E 3 with the brand constraints and batch generation pipeline.
Week 5-6: Created the refinement workflow with variation controls and export system.
Week 7-8: User testing with designers, quality tuning and deployment.
The results
The platform generates 500+ concepts per campaign in 2 hours instead of 3 weeks. Designers use it as a creative accelerator — generating starting points that they refine. Client approval rate increased from 30% to 75% on first presentations.
