What we were up against

A construction company managing 200+ workers across 12 sites was using paper timesheets, manual payroll and WhatsApp for attendance. Payroll errors were costing $15K/month and there was zero visibility into project progress or material usage.

Solution

What we built

We built a mobile-first workforce management system with GPS-based attendance, automated payroll calculation, material tracking with photo verification, and real-time project dashboards. Site managers use a mobile app; HR and finance use the web dashboard.

Approach

How we did it

Week 1-2: Mapped the entire attendance → payroll → reporting workflow.
Week 3-6: Built the mobile app (React Native) with offline-first GPS attendance.
Week 5-6: Built the payroll engine with overtime, deduction and compliance rules.
Week 7-8: Web dashboard, reporting and integration with their accounting software.

Outcome

The results
